COVID-19 has obviously impacted couriers and their delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries in the midst of this pandemic.

For delivery within 1  (one)  or  2  (two)  working days, all orders must be completed by 10am, Monday to Friday.

If your order is placed after 10am, it will be dispatched the following working day.

All orders made at the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday morning.

All orders are shipped from within the UK using a tracked delivery service.

We do not ship outside of the UK.


Order process / Cancel order

Once you have completed your order on the website, you will receive an email to confirm we have received it and are processing your order.

When the order is dispatched, you will receive another email stating your order is on its way to you, and a tracking number. You will then receive various email updates from the courier on the progress of your parcel.

If you have placed an order but haven’t received any emails, please check your junk and spam folders. Be aware you may have mistyped your email address when ordering, meaning emails cannot be sent to you. If you think this may have happened, let us know by email/phone and we will correct it on our system.

Due to our commitment to processing orders quickly, orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. As soon as the checkout process is completed, our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

You can, of course, return the item once it has been delivered and claim a refund.

Our customer team will explain the returns procedure and tell you our returns address.

Please return the battery in the same way it was sent, wrapped in a plastic mailing bag or similar. Please do not stick labels directly on to the brown retail box.

Please note, all returns must include a note inside the box, with the full name, address, order number and the reason for the return. Once the return has been received by us, we will send you a refund, and email confirmation that the refund has been sent.

You can, of course, order a different battery before you send the old one back, or at any point.

If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong battery, the tracked express shipping charge will not be refunded.
