Some couriers class lithium batteries as dangerous goods and will not accept them. Please ensure you check your courier will accept lithium batteries before posting returns.
Battery chargers are accepted by all couriers, including Royal Mail.
Our 14-day cancellation period on unused items begins the day after the goods are received by the customer.
1-Year Warranty. A replacement will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of the stated defect.
Unless otherwise specified, all our products come with a 1-year warranty, which comes into effect on the date of original purchase, under normal, non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
Customers will pay return post charges for all items they ordered by mistake.
All products presumed faulty by the buyer and returned to us must be checked and the fault verified by us. If the fault is confirmed, a replacement will be issued.
Buyers will only be reimbursed for return postage costs if we find the item to be faulty once tested by our team.
If a buyer orders an item by mistake for any reason, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

When is my payment taken?
Your payment will be taken immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Sophisticated systems are set up to immediately send your order to our shipping department, so that items can be shipped out by the end of the following business day.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to processing orders quickly, once the checkout process has been completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

COVID-19 has obviously impacted couriers and their delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries in the midst of this pandemic.

UPS is our current courier, using a fully tracked service.
We believe it is our responsibility to provide efficient, caring customer service. We usually process orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the same day you place your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
The standard shipping method is UPS. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 1 to 5 business days after being shipped from our warehouse. If you need other, faster delivery, such as Express Delivery, please email us. The shipping fee will be added to your order, based on the weight and size of the goods.
The shipping fee will not be refunded if the customer makes a mistake with there own shipping address as we are still charged by the courier if a mistake has been made and sometimes charged for the return journey of the parcel ..
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Purposes of the processing
We only process personal data from the input fields in order to process establishing contact. The processing of data is also necessary and applicable in cases where contact is established via email.
